ADVANCED CONCEALED CARRY I

(Approximately 4 hours)

(Minimum of 2 and a Maximum of 5 Participants per Class)

(Second and Forth Saturday of the Month)

Prerequisite for the class is a current Concealed Carry Permit or DCJS Armed Security Officer Registration.

This class is designed to extend the knowledge and skills of the conceal carry person.  Students should know sight

 alignment/picture and basic operation of the semi-automatic pistol.  Class does not cover basic firearm information or

 conceal carry law.  A Basic Pistol Class is offered through One-on-One Tutoring for first time gun owner/shooters and a

 Conceal Carry Class for the laws.  Judgmental pistol shooting exercises utilizing Beam hit Laser marksmanship trainers in

 the classroom and live fire on the indoor range.

Topics Covered; FORCE ON FORCE TRAINING -

 Carry Concealed Methods - Drawing the

 Firearm - Reloading (Emergency, Tactical, Magazine Exchange) - Drawing From Concealment - Basic Moving and

 Shooting - Multiple Target Engagement - Difference Between Cover and Concealment

You must pre-register, And Pay in Advance / or Add $10.00 at the Door.

Prerequisite:

• First level (Basic) CCW/CHL permit.

• Firearm.

• 3 Magazines or Speed loaders / Weapon Specific.

• Magazine Pouches or Speed loader Pouches.

• Holster (Directional Only - No Cross draw or Shoulder Rigs, etc.

• Concealment Garment.

• Tactical Light or Flashlight.

• 60 Rounds Ammo (May be purchased on Site).

This Particular class will build on the knowledge obtained during the first time through to obtain your permit. 

That Class was basically 85% class time and 15% range time. 

This class will be the opposite focusing on the mechanics on the range. 

Subjects covered will be tactics, drawing and using cover, instinctive shooting and a number of other subjects necessary in the Urban Jungle.

ACC Class will utilize both live fire range of ( 60 Rounds ) and the Air Soft Shoot House

( Air Soft supplies provided by PSS RANGE & TRAINING ).

Air Soft range will consist of 9 rooms and a car stage all containing multiple threat and non-threat targets. 

The Air Soft room will be scored according to IDPA standards. 

The scoring is for YOUR BENEFIT.

There is NO pass or fail for this class. 

Anyone subject to medical condition due to flashing lights.

MUST let the attending Range Officer know prior to the class.
